Our ultimate goal is to build long-term relationships with our customers and provide them with the best experience possible in their homes for years to come. That’s why we’ve decided to extend our warranty and guarantee the integration of devices—as well as offer services that customers can choose from, depending on their needs. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order to us (products must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging), within 30 days from the date on the packing slip or invoice. We will promptly issue a credit, or a refund, of the purchase price paid.
There is a 3-year warranty built into the purchase of each control hub, but the warranty will be extended for as long as you maintain your Ezlo Anywhere Access. The warranty for peripheral devices from our family of brands, such as VistaCam cameras and Centralite devices, is a one year term. Third-party products are subject to the warranties of their manufacturer.
In addition to our Anywhere Access, the industry’s longest warranty, our integration guarantee, live customer support 7 days per week, and daily cloud backups, we’ll be adding new services that allow you to get more value out of your Ezlo system. Over the next three years we’ll be adding energy monitoring, air quality monitoring, and more that will become part of your Smart Home for Life package, and we’ll have regular announcements to let you know about what’s coming next. We’ll also be introducing additional subscription-based services including professionally monitored security, AI-powered camera intelligence, and video storage, to give you more ways to protect your home.

Note that the integration guarantee applies to Z-Wave and Zigbee devices that are commercially available, as defined by Ezlo, and availability of device samples.

You’ll still be able to maintain all the functionality you’re accustomed to when you’re inside your home. However, you will no longer be able to control or monitor your system remotely, your system will no longer be backed up to the cloud on a daily basis, and access to live customer care will be restricted.

No, this program applies only to Ezlo hubs purchased on or after May 10, 2021. Should you choose to upgrade to a new hub later, then enrollment will be required.

Yes. Any Ezlo hub purchased from an authorized seller on or after May 10, 2021 will qualify for the Smart Home for Life program.

No. The warranty applies only to the owner of the account to which the hub was initially assigned. If the hub is reassigned to a new account, the warranty will no longer apply.
Under our new plan, your hub is backed up daily to our cloud. When we send you a replacement hub, your configuration will be recovered from the cloud when you reinstall.

If you want to maintain this service after three years, you’ll be charged just pennies a day—and we’ll extend your product warranty for as long as you choose to do so. In the coming months we’ll let you know about the packages we’ll be offering, and the features associated with each, so you can choose the plan that best fits your needs.

If you subscribe to our centrally monitored security or camera intelligence service, the cost for your Anywhere Access will be included in that subscription. As noted above, we’ll also continue to add new services that will be automatically included in the Smart Home for Life program, including energy monitoring, air quality monitoring, and more.

Yes. Each hub will have its own Anywhere Access plan. If you have more than one hub we’ll offer a 50% reduction in cost for any additional hub.
