The following steps show how easy for you to pair an Aeotec Door Window Sensor 6 with Ezlo Atom in less than five minutes.
First, have your sensor near the controller for effective pairing.
Open the plastic backplate and insert the provided Micro USB cable to charge it.
Go to the Vera app, and on the menu icon, select “Devices.”
Tap the “+” symbol at the top right side, navigate to “Sensors,” and look for Aeotec Door Window Sensor 6 to select it.
When the Aeotec Door Window Sensor 6 is ready, tap “Next” to commence the pairing process while keeping the sensor close to the controller for this process.
On the Door Window Sensor, press the “action” button once, and as a confirmation, the onboard LED will blink for two seconds before turning solid.
Once the controller recognizes the device, it will pair it with your system.
Go to the Vera app, choose your sensor’s name, select a room, and complete the process.
You can now monitor the sensor and trigger scenes using the Vera app.
