This guide demonstrates how easy it is for you to pair a zooZ 4-in-1 Sensor with Ezlo Atom.
We will go through a pairing process that also applies to all the other line-up of our Controllers.
- First, open the plastic cover of your zooZ 4-in-1 Sensor to insert the battery.
Note: Refer to the manufacturers’ manual for instructions on positioning and installation.
- Tap the menu icon in the Vera app and go to “Devices.”
- Go to the ‘+’ menu on the top right-hand corner, select “Sensors,” then look for “zooZ 4-in-1 Sensor,” and select it.
- When ready, press “Next” to commence the pairing process.
On the zooZ 4-in-1 Sensor, use a paper clip to press the Z-Wave pairing button twice, and the onboard LED will blink twice to confirm it’s working. - Ensure the Sensor is near the controller throughout this process.
- The controller will recognize the Sensor and pairs it with your system.
- In the Vera app, choose the name for the Sensor and choose a room to finalize the process.
- Congratulations.
- Your motion sensor is now working, and you can monitor or use it to trigger a scene in your Vera app.
